Dietary Intake Analysis
Bring in your food intake records and Noelle will analyze them to help you see where you can make better choices for your intake.
Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis
Changing your body shape and improving your health may mean that your total body mass does not change as much as your total body composition. The BIA machine analyzes you % body fat and your % muscle mass to help you gauge your progress.
Grocery Store Tours
Noelle offers grocery store tours to discuss how to read labels and
learn about the best foods to choose. These tours are offered at a
rate of $200 per hour and are limited to 4 people per tour.
Recipe Analysis
Bring in your favorite recipe and Noelle will help you to modify it to make it healthier.
Sample Menus and Recipes
Noelle will create sample menus and develop new recipes for you as part of your visit.

Fees
Initial Consultation - single person $90; couple $150; family of four $275
Follow-up Appointments - $40 for 30 minutes or $25 for 15 minutes
Gift Certificates are available upon request.
Please note that RDS only accepts cash or cheque.

If so, your fees are covered by the University of Western Ontario Students Council.

You’re Worth It!!!
Have you always wanted to lose weight and actually keep it off? Leave
dieting behind! Noelle can offer you tools for healthy eating, such
as a sample meal plans, shopping tips, and healthy recipes that lead
to a healthy lifestyle. Noelle also offers strong accountability and
encouragement to help you start on the road to health, and also keep
you motivated to continue your journey. You will have strategies that
you can use for the rest of your life! Start today with a 6 month
package that includes an initial consultation, two 30-minute follow-up
visits, and ten 15-minute follow-up visits for only $375.
The Couples Package
Come in with your sweetheart, family member, or friend and together
have healthier hearts. At your initial consultation, you will receive
personalized sample meal plans, shopping tips, and healthy recipes you
will both love. Then come back together five times (30-minute visits)
over the next six months to discuss your progress. Noelle can offer
you encouragement, accountability, and new ideas for products and
recipes that can be part of your new and improved “heart healthy”
lifestyle! Package Price: $325
Family Fun with Food
Do you want to be a healthier family? Let Noelle provide you with
personalized guidance about your food choices based on each family
member’s energy needs, food preferences, and time schedule. Start
with an initial visit as a family, and then return separately or
together for 5 follow up visits (30 minutes in length). Package
Price: $450
Girls Just Want to Have Fun (and be healthy too!)
Get a group of your girlfriends together, sit back, and relax!
Noelle will come to your home and pamper you with healthy and
delicious snacks while educating you about nutrition. Your guests
will leave with a new knowledge about nutrition, as well as recipes
and shopping tips to take home. There are several topics to choose
from. Contact Noelle today to discuss your customized package.
